CAUSES.
Our investigation found 1) loose sands & overland flow had caused erosion around the pool, 2) the rain water tanks were well past their "use-by-date" were cracked & leaking, 3) the septic system trenches were being filled up with water leaking from the rain water tanks.
SOLUTIONS.
We recommended stabilizing the material under & around the paths with Polyurethane Resin injection. The rain tank could have a liner installed & the septic trenches would function adequately once the tank leakage was alleviated. We have the answers! COOMERA WATERS SUBSIDENCE DAMAGE

Our investigation found that the cracks & gaps were not so large and the building level variations were not excessive, but we also found that part of the house was located on loose landfill which was gradually settling. And stabilizing the house would require some underpinning.

This is a recent case in Marsden and there has been some serious subsidence. We identified the causes and recommended some conventional underpinning to support the settled footings and to correct the level variations.
