CAUSES.
Our investigation found 1) loose sands & overland flow had caused erosion around the pool, 2) the rain water tanks were well past their "use-by-date" were cracked & leaking, 3) the septic system trenches were being filled up with water leaking from the rain water tanks.
SOLUTIONS.
We recommended stabilizing the material under & around the paths with Polyurethane Resin injection. The rain tank could have a liner installed & the septic trenches would function adequately once the tank leakage was alleviated. We have the answers! COOMERA WATERS SUBSIDENCE DAMAGE
